Step to Shelter Merseyside has a duty of care for every welfare request we receive. Once a request is submitted, our STSM Outreach Team will be deployed to locate and assist the individual. However, due to data protection regulations, we are unable to provide updates on their whereabouts or progress. Rest assured, every person we support is given the care and assistance they need to move towards a safer and more stable future.
