At Step to Shelter Merseyside, we strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for homeless individuals and families. Our goal is to help them get back on their feet by providing the necessary resources and support.

When we receive a report about a rough sleeper, our STSM Outreach Team is deployed to conduct a welfare check and assess their immediate needs. Once located, the individual is offered safe accommodation in a hostel or B&B. From there, we provide tailored support programmes to help them rebuild their lives, including assistance with addic
When we receive a report about a rough sleeper, our STSM Outreach Team is deployed to conduct a welfare check and assess their immediate needs. Once located, the individual is offered safe accommodation in a hostel or B&B. From there, we provide tailored support programmes to help them rebuild their lives, including assistance with addiction recovery, mental health support, and pathways to stability and independence. Our goal is to give every individual the opportunity to get back on their feet and move towards a brighter future.
