Meet the Founder

I’m Dylan Williams, the proud founder of Step to Shelter Merseyside. At just 17 years old and growing up in the Wirral, I was deeply moved by the number of people experiencing homelessness in my hometown of Birkenhead. Seeing so many rough sleepers struggling, I knew I had to do something.
